Our Process
Step 1 - Request a Quote
Complete our online enquiry form with as much information as possible, including photos, measurements and any artwork you have available.
Step 2 - Project Review
We'll review your enquiry.
If we have enough information, we'll prepare your quotation.
If your project requires onsite measuring or consultation, we'll invite you to book a Site Consultation.
Step 3 - Site Consultation (where required)
We'll visit your site to discuss the project, take measurements and provide professional advice.
Step 4 - Receive Your Quote
We'll prepare a detailed quotation for your approval.
Step 5 - Accept Quote & Pay 50% Deposit
Once your quote has been accepted and the deposit received, your job is scheduled into our production workflow.
Step 6 - Artwork & Proof Approval
We'll prepare your artwork and send you a proof.
Production doesn't begin until you've approved the artwork.
Step 7 - Production
Your project is professionally produced using quality materials.
Most standard jobs take approximately 5–10 working days following artwork approval.
Step 8 - Installation or Collection
We'll arrange a suitable installation date or notify you when your order is ready for collection.
Step 9 - Final Invoice
Once the work is complete, we'll issue your final invoice.
Need it urgently?
If you have a required completion date, please let us know as early as possible.
Urgent work is subject to availability and will incur a priority fee where we need to rearrange our production schedule or work outside normal business hours.
